I tried opening another file — again, empty. A third one — also empty.At that moment, my heart nearly stopped. Fortunately, I recalled seeing a <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://connect.clo-set.com/community/post/d16b40e22a1d4b4ab311be76b06d1c0f">post</a> in the community mentioning that dragging and dropping the file might help — and luckily, the file appeared.With all due respect, for the price you're charging for this subscription, the number of recent issues has become unacceptable. The frequency of bugs, licensing problems, and these kinds of critical failures is seriously undermining trust in the platform.Please take immediate action to stabilize CLO. We rely on it for professional work — and these ongoing hiccups are simply not acceptable.
