Hi there. I hope all is well, I'm having trouble with printing my flies - the scale and proportions are changing.while saving a file (big file -7.5 meters) in the print layout section with the snapshot tool, I chose 1:1 proportion, and still, the plotter shows it is a 5-meter file, I think it is compressing it and changing the scale, what am I doing wrong? Also when I try to send it to the plotter as a divided 2 files it changes the scale and measurements of the file, for example, if I save a file that is 2.53 on 1.5 meters the plotter will show 2.87 on 1.53, since it is a pattern the scale must be just right, please advise
