Where can I find the ID for login? If it is the same E-mail ID I used to create account. I can't type the "." to complete the email ID. What can I do now?Where can I change the ID?

Couldn't find USER ID

So I am using CLo3D to make some preset garments for my tool in UE5. However, the exported file looks very different in UE5, as if the textures/lods? are not correct. Exported file looks different in UE5

i updated my clo app to the latest version and then i had an issue that CLO 3D is open but stuck on a blank (black) interface — no workspace, avatar, or panels are showing properly.
