One of my last year’s real life projects was the Vow Renewal Outfit for my client who was celebrating her 25th wedding anniversary. I caught a glimpse of this outfit in a 1956 Italian fashion magazine that I found last summer in The National Central Library of Florence in Italy. I recreated it in Clo3d, adapting it to the current style, fitted it on FV2 Yuna (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="tel:170-92-78-102">170-92-78-102</a>) and simulated it in silk taffeta. Afterwards, I bought 7 metres of Valentino stock fabric and sew the outfit consisting of a bodice with a cascading overskirt and a high-waisted maxi pencil skirt. Thanks to Clo3d, both pieces fitted my client perfectly without any adjustments. I want to share my thoughts on CLO with you. For me, it’s a tool that provides the freedom to create while ensuring precision in execution. Recently, I was working on a pattern that required complex draping, and CLO allowed me to test different variations quickly. It has completely changed how I approach design, giving me both creative flexibility and technical control. This balance between creativity and technical accuracy makes the process more efficient and enjoyable. After attempting to manually create my fitting suit(it wouldn't auto create on import of my avatar) I get the attached!
