when i work with a tool in 2d and change to another one all work with first one disappear what do i do plz help?

pleats sewing multipiece pattern to one pleated pattern

Hi Team,I have uninstalled the s/w and again installed it, but not able to see any Avatar inside the folder. Am I missing anything?
