I have down loaded Jimmy in my Mac Pro Intel Chip set of 2018.The Down load was correct but while clicking the apps button of Jimmy it is not opening.Any clue how to address this issue.

Hi, I've followed every tutorial and my pleat sewing tool will not recognize the last point. I followed the exact number of internal lines as the customer service rep showed me and included a picture of how mine still will not work.
