Anyone else having issues with hotkeys in all versions of 2025 not working correctly? I tried a clean install, importing my saved hotkeys and while they show as being assigned they do not work. Some do work however, it seems random.I also noticed in the original Library the download all button is missing

Whenever I try to use Layer Clone (Over), the application crashes and closes. I already tried restarting, but the issue keeps happening.Does anyone know how to fix this or what might be causing it?
