Hi, I try to adjust the measurements of the avatar but I fail to adjust the heights, the avatar become weird in its shape. Do you have tips to overcome this problem ? thanks

hi everyone ! i have a question regarding avatar sizing ,each time i try to manually put the measurement from my pattern making book or custom made of costumer the avatar look so weird or distorted another thing ; is there anyway to get the european standard measurement for the avatar directly ?
