AURORA is a capsule collection for the fall&#x2F;winter season of six casual and urban looks inspired by the rave aesthetics of the 90&#x27;s and Y2K. I wanted to capture in the collection the street style characteristic of this scandalous fashion, since its inspiration comes from electronic music, a concept by which I am also inspired as a designer and which is always very present in my life and, perhaps also by the desire to escape reality in a creative way through clothing. This collection represents those looks that characterized fashion in the 90s and 2000s, through metallic and shiny garments, uniform-type outfits, tracksuits and heels, cropped jackets, head-to-toe denim looks, fur coats, the bubblegum pink, tight t-shirts that reveal the belly, baggy low-waisted pants, thick sneakers and most importantly, the presence of strong neon-type colors. The design fundamentals that predominate in the collection are; color, playing with iridescence and shine in fabrics to simulate the lights of the Polar Auroras (main theme of this collection); contrast and texture, through the use of several matte and shiny fabrics in the same look.
