Marvelous Designer Standalone License Transition

Every single project I do in clo still runs into the issue of not being able to save the folding arrangement of a waistband or cuff or a lapel. I need the simulation to reflect the garment in real life, otherwise it is pointless. Every time I want to simulate I have to manually fold the collar or fold the waistband or fold the cuffs then painstakingly try to stop itself from colliding on each other.The answers to this solution is to "Fake" or simulate the cuffs, waistband etc but that defeats the purpose of the software to be a production ready solution as it was and is advertised. Why am I creating two patterns for simulation and production? Why cant it just work?When I'm making denim, the fly, the layers, etc there are many folded parts, why isnt there a way to actually keep the folded arrangement as they are? The fold settings on internal lines rarely work as sewing lines pull on each other and fold inside out despite these lines. This would be easier solved if pressing "reset 3d arrangement" simply remembers how the garment was folded.
