About Us: We are building a new women’s fashion brand based in Palm Springs, California launching a line of resort-style apparel. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to help build our brand from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Create, refine, and adjust patterns (from scratch or existing blocks). - Collaborate on fitting sessions, ensuring accurate garment construction. - Sew high-quality samples - Work with our design team on new styles and fabric selections. - Contribute ideas and solutions in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting. Qualifications: - Experience in garment construction (cut-and-sew, sample-making). - Familiarity with pattern drafting and adjustments. - Expertise in CLO 3D. - Attention to detail and excellent finishing skills. - Strong communication and time-management abilities. What We Offer: - Part-time position with flexible hours. - Some WFH is possible, but you must be available to meet in Palm Springs regularly. - Potential opportunity to transition to full-time if performance and business growth align.
