<p>Has anyone had issues with slow PNG exports from the Save Image function?</p><p>I am using the CLO3D Enterprise software and don't understand why the PNG export takes so long to save PNGs or even load views often. I've received feedback before that slow files may be due to too many colorways or complex patterns, but I think there are technical issues with how the software is even reading information...updating thumbnails, loading custom views for PNG export, or even loading color and textures.<br><br>The logic / rationale doesn't make sense to me:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>The PNG export reloads views multiple separate times and can take very long to load colorways each time...first clicking the Save Image button, CLO3D takes a long time for the Creating Preview Images loading bar to finish before the Snapshot box opens; second, when the box loads and recreates thumbnails for the current views; and third...CLO3D will refresh the current view, reloading each colorway's thumbnails and THEN load the custom .mvs file and recreate thumbnails for each colorway.</p></li><li><p>From what I can infer based on how files save into folders, CLO3D is first exporting individual views…then saving the entire group view for all colorways...then going back across all colorways,&nbsp;<em>reloading from the beginning</em>&nbsp;the work that it had already exported, to get the group PNG image export...Please explain why this is the way the program exports images. I think this is creating bottlenecks in the system logic and adding exponentially to the time it takes to get work done. This has been an issue across multiple versions, for the Individual and Enterprise licenses, and seems like a fundamental flaw in how a designer can even show the work they have done with this software.<br><br>I've linked a video of exporting a basic cube as a reference...but obviously with a more complex pattern and more colorways, all parts of the process start to lag significantly. I have checked that the hardware exceeds CLO3D's minimum requirements.
