Hi, I would like to add a shoulder dart to my pattern by adding some length to the center back as in the picture below. I tried to cut my pattern open and move the upper piece up 0,5 cm and then putting the dart in with dart with fullness. But in this film (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWwjav-SvdA&amp;t=2s">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWwjav-SvdA&amp;t=2s</a>) while opening up the dart, you see the moving pattern piece, I only see the dart opening up which makes it hard to match up the 2 points at the armhole. Is there a way to see the moving pattern pieces or is there a better way all together to do this? Hi everyone, I’m new to CLO. I tried installing the program on my iMac,but due to constant errors, I couldn’t run it at all. After troubleshooting for a while,I finally managed to open the program for the first time on October 30.However, I later found out that my subscription charges started in September, even though I had never used the free trial before that.To fix the issue, I contacted the support teambut all I got was a short reply saying they couldn’t issue a refund,and after that, they completely stopped replying to my emails.As someone who has used many software services before,I honestly don’t understand how a free trial could end without ever using the program, or why I was charged for two full months before my first use.It seems like a problem caused by CLO’s own system, but instead of resolving it, I’m being ignored and refused a refund.what do you all think about this situation?
