I came into contact with 3D production by chance, and my mentor is YangGuang, who is an amazing character artist.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Tell us about the project: King Lear</strong></h1><p>This artwork is based on an oil painting by Edwin Austin Abbey. I was deeply attracted to it when I saw it for the first time. I really like this function because it achieves very good results and does not require too many settings. But fortunately, Marvelous Designer helps me to solve those problems.</p><p></p><h1><strong>What tips do you have for other character artists using Marvelous Designer?</strong></h1><p>Importing the OBJ file that you make from other 3D software as Garment is very helpful for us to create the garment quickly.</p><img src="https://storagefiles.clo-set.com/public/community/202412/205ff9812f494f8eb8a1e46ee9196b61/images/782849a9eef34836950acce73ddaf5464d851eeb6b0e4309a3dce8f96c8776d1.png" class="custom-image original-size" data-id="782849a9eef34836950acce73ddaf546" data-width="452" data-height="381"><p></p><p>And recording animation function is helpful for me to simulate the garments. I’ve learned a lot since I followed up with these accounts.</p><p></p><h1><strong>How can you describe your overall experience of the use of the Marvelous Designer?</strong></h1><p>Using it makes me feel wonderful, Marvelous Designer is absolutely an outstanding 3D design tool, it’s easy to use. The workflow could be more efficient and I could adjust the garments quickly based on the effect. The UI is user-friendly and the fabric simulation is realistic. It is compatible with other 3D software and is an ideal tool for promoting digital clothing design.
