I am unable to complete the update request: When I click on Update, a window "The program must be restarted to apply the changes" pops up. I click on OK, then window "WinFileCopyWorker.exe" pops up. I click on "Yes" to whether I want to make changes to my device and I come back to square one - a notice about the update comes up on the screen - see attached 3 screenshots.I have been at it for the last two hours!!
